Refunds #

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused portions of a subscription period. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation #

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the RequestBite admin panel.
• Cancellations take effect immediately for new charges. Your current subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
• No automatic renewals after cancellation.

Exceptions #

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

• Service Outages:
  Prolonged downtime (e.g., >48 hours) during a paid period, at our sole discretion.
• Billing Errors:
  Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts. Contact billing@requestbite.com within 14 days of the charge.

Termination by us #

If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
