Refunds
Except as noted in the Exceptions section below, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused portions of a subscription period. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via the RequestBite admin panel.
- Cancellations take effect immediately for new charges. Your current subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
- No automatic renewals after cancellation.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Recent Upgrade
If the service does not meet your expectations, you can reach out up to 14 days after signup or upgrade to get a full refund, no questions asked. - Service Outages:
Prolonged downtime (e.g., >48 hours) during a paid period, at our sole discretion. - Billing Errors:
Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts. Contact billing@requestbite.com within 14 days of the charge.
Termination by Us
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
